Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with varying needs.
About the Role- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Location: UK-wide
- Job Type: Full-time
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Encourage independence and promote self-care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Degree in a related field (e.g., social work, nursing)
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
