As a Specialist Support Worker, you will work closely with the teaching and healthcare teams to provide tailored care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting and feeding.
  • Monitor and attend to medical needs, such as tube feeding and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and build relationships with students to foster a safe learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as a SEND school or healthcare
  • Knowledge or experience of working with children with PMLD or complex medical needs
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
