Exceptional Opportunity for a Seasoned Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Northampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford, Watford, and Reading areas.

About the Role:

  • Manage and Grow Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set for your region, working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus bonus potential, company car (EV + charger + electric fuel card), 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension scheme, and employee benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of sales success, with experience in managing and growing customer relationships.

Estimated Salary Range: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum.
