Senior Business Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our team as a Head of Capture Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective bid strategies to retain and win new business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading UK-based company that supplies technology, expertise, and consultancy services to customers across the public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective bid strategies to retain and win new business
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a Defence or National Security field
- Substantial Bid/Proposal management experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per annum, up to 15% bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
