Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations & Business Retention: Prepare and present in their region, supporting neighbouring presentations.
- Deliver a Centre of Excellence: Support and develop the food offer for each brand, implement a PVR, maintain highest standards of Health and Safety, and food safety.
- Identify Talent: Build a team to support with presentations, pipeline future talent in the business, and support growth from Regional Support Chefs.
- Food Development: Pressure test recipes, localise the offer to fit regional demands, drive more sales in hospitality cover/support.
Requirements:
- Formal culinary qualification NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent, with 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate, Microsoft office programmes (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint), alongside our Catering management systems.
- A strong understanding of menu/concept development, cost controls, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
