Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Overview:

To drive revenue growth and contribute to achieving the hotel's budgeted group rooms and banqueting revenues, you will be responsible for the MICE market within a designated territory.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to stimulate business into the hotel.
  • Identify potential dip markets and ensure strategies are in place to create demand.
  • Manage sales process within the boundaries of budgeted and forecasted sales expenses in line with the hotel strategy and standards.
  • Devising incentives for local conference and incentive agents to stimulate business.
  • Developing rate growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Executing group sales-based activities to generate short and long-term business into the hotel.
