Sales Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Account Director to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halesowen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet customer needs.
About the Role:- Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare sales reports and forecasts.
