Business Development Representative

Overview:
Nimac Ltd, a leading specialist distributor, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join its expanding team. This role, based in the Stourbridge office, involves working closely with the Sales Director to drive new business development and manage existing accounts primarily via telephone.
This is not a Telesales position; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise in a B2B environment, selling products rather than services.
The successful candidate will research new sales leads, initiate contact via telephone, and collaborate with the Sales Director to create targeted sales campaigns. Salary: Up to £50,000 (OTE), with a basic salary of £32,000 - £38,000 plus bonus.
Benefits include 25 days holiday, UK bank holidays, additional birthday leave, pension, free parking, Christmas shutdown, and training opportunities. Work arrangements offer flexible options.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2B setting, preferably with a background in Chemicals, Lubricants, Additives, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oils, or Coatings.
- Familiarity with researching new sales leads and initiating contact via telephone.
