Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halesowen, UK. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging your expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing your skills in negotiation and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
