Vice Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Autocentre team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective management and strategy.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package, including:

In this role, you will be expected to:

1. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, compliance, and stock control
2. Ensure customers receive exceptional service, minimizing complaints and promoting loyalty
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre and its equipment
5. Comply with reasonable instructions from regional managers, head office, or the board of directors
6. Recruit and interview employees for the centre, as needed
7. Liaise with head office and other departments to ensure seamless operations
8. Support other centres when necessary, sharing best practices and expertise
9. Identify employee training needs and develop strategies for growth and development within the company
