B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team at Nimac Ltd. Based in the Stourbridge office, this role involves working closely with the Sales Director to develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts primarily via telephone.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on building rapport with clients and identifying new business opportunities. Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, particularly in Chemicals, Lubricants, Additives, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oils, or Coatings, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new sales leads, creating targeted sales campaigns, and negotiating deals. Salary: Up to £50,000 (OTE), with a basic salary of £32,000 - £38,000 plus bonus.
Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, free parking, Christmas shutdown, and training opportunities. Flexible work arrangements are available.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2B setting, preferably with a background in Chemicals, Lubricants, Additives, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oils, or Coatings.
- Familiarity with researching new sales leads and initiating contact via telephone.
