About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development professional to lead the Apprenticeship Programme as a project lead, develop and execute training sessions and workshops across our branch network, focusing on sales training and product upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver bespoke training programs that meet the needs of our sales team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content.
- Provide coaching support to our sales team to embed learning and improve performance.
- Pursue ongoing professional growth through certifications, workshops, and cross-functional learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales training delivery to an advanced level.
- A valid driver's license for national travel.
- Effective coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams.
