We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve sales success.
- Crm System: Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to design and implement effective CRM systems that support sales efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, driving business decisions and sales success.
- Sales Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close business deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development with a minimum of three years' experience.
- Crm Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally with experience in in-house CRM implementation.
