Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Accelerate CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions in wound and lymphoedema care in the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based wound care protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex wounds and lymphoedema.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications and experience in wound management.
  • Minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in wound care, with a focus on lower limb care, leg ulcerations, and lymphoedema.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
