Therapy Service Manager for Complex Cases

This Clinical Lead role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
The successful candidate will possess significant post-registration experience in a therapy position at senior level, with expertise in Neuropsychiatry. They will be able to demonstrate advanced clinical skills, coaching and training abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in therapy (e.g., OT, PT, Speech & Language Therapy)
- H.Registration and evidence of relevant CPD
- Significant post-registration experience in a therapy position at senior level
- Experience of presenting to a range of audiences and teaching other disciplines
