Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Therapy Services within the Enhanced Community and Intermediate Care model at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure high-quality therapy services are delivered effectively in community and intermediate care settings.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading service development and change management at an operational level, as well as expertise in staff management and recruitment. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to manage complex personnel issues.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and annual leave.
