Job Summary

Role Overview:

Orbis Education & Care is seeking an experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead our occupational therapy services at Birchwood School in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to support children with SEMH challenges and ASD.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists to deliver evidence-based practice.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet pupil needs.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with education laws and policies.

Salary and Benefits:

£24,999.75 per annum (37.5 hours/week, term-time only)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (or supported to register).
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing occupational therapy services.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration, motor development, and therapeutic approaches for emotional and behavioural needs.
