About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead - Occupational Therapy to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our Integrated Therapy service, you will be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload and providing supervision to staff.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and significant experience in paediatric therapy. You should also have excellent knowledge of child health and social care policy, as well as current knowledge of integrated therapy development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex clinical caseload of patients and maintain own records
  • Provide clinical and peer supervision of staff
  • Ensure a high-quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based clinical service to children and young people accessing the service and their families
  • Participate in audits/research projects and support the wider clinical governance programme

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £68,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive rewards and benefits including a Band 7 salary with NHS Pension and full Agenda for Change terms and conditions, free tea, coffee, and milk at your base location, and access to your wages as you earn them.
