Are you a skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead looking to make a real difference in the lives of our residents? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead for Care Homes to join our team at Bupa Global.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 57 hours per week, including days and nights shifts. A welcome bonus of £1,000 is also available.

As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. Previous experience working in a care home is desirable, as well as previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans for each resident. Your expertise will be essential in coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
