About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Lead - Occupational Therapy to join our team at HCRG Care Group. The successful candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and significant experience in paediatric therapy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists in the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £68,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive rewards and benefits including a Band 7 salary with NHS Pension and full Agenda for Change terms and conditions, free tea, coffee, and milk at your base location, and access to your wages as you earn them.
