Therapy Service Manager Opportunity
The Priory is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Therapy Service. This exciting opportunity involves providing a high-quality service that meets the needs of patients on our busy forensic wards.

This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent planning abilities, and active engagement in department meetings and supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing members of the therapy team, overseeing service provision in various areas, and providing supervision to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical note taking
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Active engagement in department meetings and supervision

Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC are essential. Experience working in a healthcare setting and/or with clients having mental health diagnoses or challenging behaviors is desirable.

This position requires a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated salary for this role is £48,750 per annum.
