Occupational Therapy Manager

The Priory is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Manager to lead our expanding Therapy Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Senior Forensic Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services on our busy forensic wards.
Key responsibilities include managing members of the therapy team, overseeing service provision, and delivering innovative interventions that motivate and engage individuals to improve their occupational skills and mental wellbeing.
- Strong clinical note taking and planning skills
- Engagement in department meetings and supervision
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC. Experience of working in a healthcare setting and/or working with clients with mental health diagnosis or challenging behaviours would be desirable.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This role offers a competitive salary, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
