Job Title: Therapy Service Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to manage our Occupational Therapy team at Llanarth Court Hospital. As a key member of the therapy service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to improve the occupational skills and mental wellbeing of our patients.

The role involves managing a team of therapists, developing treatment plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. You will also provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff to ensure they meet the required standards.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the occupational therapy team
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Evaluating intervention effectiveness
  • Providing supervision and mentorship to junior staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You must also hold a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
