Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our client's Business Development team as a Digital Strategist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and growing unique and complex business opportunities for the company within the European marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and exploit a commercial network within Europe and be recognized as a commercial expert and a key driver of new opportunities.
  • Independently take ownership and regularly monitor business performance to ensure the continued commercial validity of the business within scope.
  • Make recommendations to senior stakeholders for improving commercial performance and lead the implementation of agreed improvements as necessary.
  • Create regular business reports and represent the Business Development team, internally and externally at senior levels, detailing current performance and future perspectives on all business areas within scope.
  • Own the commercial and contractual relationship between the company and any organization within the family group or external, including performance management and dispute resolution to ensure the contractual integrity of the company, its partners, and customers.
  • Lead project teams internally and externally to ensure successful delivery against metrics agreed within the business benefit validation process to market the products and services within scope.
  • Take ownership of the New Model/Business Introduction process and commercial relationships for all products and services within scope.
  • Cultivate relationships and networks with relevant stakeholders, family group, and operating.

Requirements:

  • A high degree of demonstrable commercial capability.
  • Previous experience of partner/customer account management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to network and build relationships.
  • Proven ability in negotiating, persuading, and influencing at a commercial level.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
