Job Title: Aftersales Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Administrator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As an Aftersales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to grow the business and expand our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new revenue streams and optimize income from existing customers by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective strategies.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on customers and competitors, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Submit regular reports and updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM system activity, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Adhere to company work standards and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer support and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, with a deep understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of margin importance and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £24,000 - £28,000.
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
