Job Summary:

CMR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our business through new client acquisition and key account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, profit margins, and activity targets.
  • Customer Management: Manage and retain a portfolio of existing customers, while developing new profitable clients.
  • Account Development: Visit accounts on a scheduled basis, create, and deliver account development plans.
  • Business Research: Research new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, develop strategic plans, and sales strategies, and undertake presentations to and negotiate with prospective customers.
  • Sales Proposals: Prepare sales proposals and formally present them to prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience with the sale of consumable items to B2B end users.
  • Business Development: Strong business development and customer support skills with a proven track record in managing clients and winning business.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-driven, self-motivated, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Validations: Valid UK driving license.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
