As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success at Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, while ensuring compliance with financial and insurance product regulations.
- Work closely with management to coach and develop the skills of the sales team, to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales and revenue growth.
- Acquire and maintain a high level of product knowledge, to competently answer customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with management to plan, forecast, and revise business strategies, to ensure the dealership remains competitive and successful.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require previous management experience within the automotive industry, a proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations, as well as the ability to identify and address shortfalls in sales performance.
