About the Role:
- Lead a team of business development professionals across the UK and Ireland in the End-of-Life Tyre market.
- Identify and nurture new business relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Aspion's presence in the tyre recycling sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of Aspion's business strategy and growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with Aspion's policies and procedures.
- Travel across the UK and Ireland as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, particularly within the tyre or rubber industry.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
