Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to head up our sales team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the local area and experience working for a contractor in a similar role with contacts to architects, cost consultants, and local authorities.
The role involves managing your own workload and reporting back to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for generating new contacts and tender opportunities for the estimating team, attending networking events, and meeting new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head up newbuild and refurbishment business growth across the Midlands in a range of sectors from Education, Care, Commercial, Conversions
- Generate new contacts and tender opportunities for the estimating team
- Attend networking events
- Full UK driving license
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with clients
- Confident speaker
- Excellent time management
- Solid understanding of construction and the industry
Salary: £45-60k dependant on experience plus car allowance tbc
