About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team based in Shropshire. This is a full-time office-based role that plays a key part in maintaining excellent customer service levels while supporting area sales managers in achieving their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Log activities and manage customer information using CRM software to maintain accurate records and inform business decisions.
  • Process sales orders and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear and transparent communication, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle general sales administration, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems, to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for after-sales support, working closely with the sales and quality teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events as needed to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of [£25,000 - £35,000] per annum salary, depending on experience.
  • A self-starter who works well within a team and on their own initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in agriculture or equine would be beneficial but not essential.
