Child Safety and Wellbeing Decisions Maker

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with professionals from various services to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Our experienced team uses integrated approaches to deliver excellent social work practice and promote innovation.
As a Senior Child Protection Practitioner, you will lead by example, supporting our Signs of Safety Champions and business support teams in promoting strengths-based approaches. Your decision-making skills will be instrumental in ensuring timely interventions that keep children safe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information
- Collaborating with MASH partners and prioritising the child's voice
- Making informed decisions regarding the safety of children within 24 hours of referral
We offer a highly competitive salary of ££48,809 per annum, along with a comprehensive package of benefits that includes:
