Harris Federation is a thriving academy trust committed to providing exceptional education to students in London. We are now recruiting for a Curriculum Development Lead to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educator to shape the future of education and contribute to our mission of excellence.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of curriculum design and delivery, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop engaging and challenging lesson plans, aligned with the National Curriculum and academy policies.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a Harris Allowance for teachers on MPS/UPS, a Performance and Loyalty Bonus, Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions, and a Wellbeing Cash Plan.
