Lead Curriculum Developer

At Education for Industry Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Curriculum Developer to drive learner success in English and Maths. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape curriculum design to boost student outcomes and lead planning across the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy, and Apprenticeships.
This non-teaching position oversees two Programme Managers located at both the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy. You will work closely with these teams to deliver exceptional experiences and empower our learners to excel.
We are looking for an individual with a PGCE degree within the subject area and proven experience in leading large English or Maths departments. As an expert in post-16 education policies and practice, you will also possess effective teaching methods and a passion for innovative curriculum development.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a motivational leader who can bring enthusiasm and dedication to our FE team. If you feel your skills and experience would fit well within our team, please apply.
Our salary for this role is from £58,000 to £63,800 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
