The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a robust curriculum across all key stages, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of students. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, conducting formal observations, and providing targeted interventions to support all learners.
Fostering a collaborative environment and sharing resources amongst staff, promoting joint planning and professional development, is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership and a commitment to safeguarding children.
Estimated salary: £62,000 - £75,000 per annum.
