At Clarus Education Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to take on the role of Lead Educator of English Curriculum. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in January 2025.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our English curriculum and drive excellence in teaching and learning. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our academy's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality English curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academy goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to English education

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching and leadership skills, as well as a strong passion for English education. We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
