About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to lead our English Language Preparation Online (ELPO) Programme as Curriculum Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of excellent student outcomes, quality assurance and enhancement, and curriculum innovation which embeds strong collaborative working in the Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key elements of the organisation of the ELPO Programme team to support the delivery of excellent student outcomes. They will work closely with senior colleagues within and outside Study Group, reporting to the Head of Programme English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality educational services to students
  • Collaborate with programme staff to ensure effective teaching and learning practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum innovation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on programme performance

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline; a Master's or higher degree is desirable
  • A recognised Teaching Qualification (desirable)
  • Teaching experience within Secondary, further or higher education
  • Experience of providing feedback to another person about their performance, which achieved a positive improvement
  • Experience of data management and interpretation, and quality assurance
  • Experience of working online including delivering online lessons with different digital learning tools and platforms
