Dental Services Manager

About the Role:
As a Primary Care Manager – General Dental Services, you will be responsible for providing effective communication and leadership skills to manage and deliver dental services in a politically sensitive environment. Your ability to inspire confidence and respect among colleagues and stakeholders will be essential in achieving the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effective communication with multi-professional groups and preparation of reports for senior management and senior clinical leaders.
2. Inspire confidence and respect to lead and deliver in a demanding environment.
3. Knowledge of the General Dental Council standards of conduct, performance and ethics that govern the dental profession.
Requirements:
1. Educated to degree level and/or significant experience in a managerial position, preferably in a Primary Care or healthcare setting.
2. Knowledge of Childsmile and Oral Health standards.
3. Car license/car ownership is essential for this role.
