Primary Care Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Manager to lead our General Dental Services team at Ayr Dental Hub, Ayr Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to inspire confidence and respect, and have experience in a managerial position, preferably in a Primary Care or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with multi-professional groups
- Preparation of reports for senior management and senior clinical leaders
- Ability to lead and deliver in a politically sensitive and demanding environment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the General Dental Council standards of conduct, performance and ethics
- Educated to degree level and/or significant experience in a managerial position
- Car licence/Car ownership is essential
Working Hours:
37 per week
