As a Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives.

Our comprehensive training program includes a fully funded SVQ to equip you with the necessary expertise.
The Role:
We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals who share our values and are committed to delivering outstanding care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with service users to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans. This may involve assisting with medication management, household tasks, meal preparation, personal care, and activities that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- An empathetic and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
- Good observation skills, confidence in using computers, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
