About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to an individual who requires assistance with daily living tasks.

- Support the individual to live in their own home or family home, promoting independence and autonomy.">
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, and encourage the individual to maintain good hygiene practices.">
- Support the individual to engage in social activities, build relationships, and participate in their community.">
- Monitor and manage the individual's medication, ensuring timely administration and recording.">
- Support the individual to maintain a safe and healthy environment, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and grocery shopping.">

Working Arrangements:
">The successful candidate will be required to work 11 hours per day, 9am-8pm, on a rotating shift pattern. This will include weekend days, approximately 2 weekends every 4 weeks. There will also be opportunities to work overtime during team holiday times.
">Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata) based on experience.
