Job Description:
Our team of Support Workers are extraordinary people who help our clients remain living independently in their own homes, making them smile every day. Your role will involve supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework, while also assisting with medication management and outings. This rewarding position requires you to be caring, compassionate, and a good listener, with a focus on helping clients achieve their goals in life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess essential skills and qualifications, including experience working with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. A current membership in the PVG scheme and registration with the SSSC are also required. Previous experience as a Support Worker is highly desirable, but not necessary if you have transferable skills or experience in related fields.
