Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Support for Ordinary Living. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised care and support to an adult with complex needs, enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Support Worker and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work as part of a Self-Directed team, supporting the individual to meet their outcomes outlined in their Outcome-based Support Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, such as bathing, where applicable
  • Encourage and support the individual to make life choices
  • Safeguard property, health, and wellbeing, and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Support the individual to become a valued member of their local community

Salary Range: £24,200 - £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
