We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Care Professional.We value individuals who share our values and live in or around Wishaw.
The role of the Care Professional is to provide support to individuals in need, working closely with our fabulous team. You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and training can be provided.
Salary:£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred support to individuals.
- To develop and implement support plans that meet the needs of individuals.
- To work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered.
