Care Coordinator Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, transforming, and improving professional practice, governance, and quality assurance within the Adult Social Work teams. A strong background in social work, combined with significant management experience, is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Review and improve professional practice, governance, and quality assurance
  • Initiate and deliver operational and strategic priorities
  • Review team performance and drive continuous improvement
A professional qualification in Social Work, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), and a commitment to partnership working and promoting Social Work values and standards are required.
