We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Support for Ordinary Living in North Lanarkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who require support to live their lives to the fullest.

The successful candidate will have experience in support work, with a focus on delivering person-centred care and support services. A valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as regular travel between locations is required.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities and events to enhance individuals' quality of life
  • Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings
  • Supporting individuals to make informed decisions about their lives
  • Safeguarding individuals' property, health, and wellbeing by taking necessary actions when required
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as housework, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
