Care Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Support Professional to join our team at Support for Ordinary Living. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals in North Lanarkshire, providing person-centred care and support to enable them to live their lives to the fullest.
The successful candidate will have experience in support work, with a focus on developing strong relationships with clients and their families. A valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as regular travel between locations is required.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Encourage and support individuals to make informed decisions about their lives
- Safeguard individuals' property, health, and wellbeing by taking necessary actions when required
- Support individuals to maintain and develop relationships with family, friends, and neighbours
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as housework, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
