Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner.

Role Overview:As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with mental health conditions or learning disabilities. You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Duties:

  1. Develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
  2. Provide emotional support and encouragement to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions and progress

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in the social care sector, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
