Job Description
As a Care Companion and Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care assistance to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times
  • Accompanying clients on outings, such as shopping or appointments
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Performing light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Engaging in conversation and activities with clients to combat loneliness and isolation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • No formal qualifications required, as full training will be provided
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with older adults or people with disabilities
  • A valid UK driving license (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic approach to client care
