About This Role
\We are looking for a Dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to residents within a care home setting, utilising your excellent communication and organisational skills.

What You Will Need
\To succeed in this role, you will require:

- A valid SVQ2 (or working towards) qualification\
- Experience of delivering person-centred care to residents within a care home setting\
- Excellent communication and organisational skills\
\
Our Offer
\We provide a competitive salary of up to £28,943 per annum (plus available overtime), as well as:

- Flexible, permanent, full-time shifts with 44 or 33 hours per week\
- An excellent rate of pay at £12.65 per hour\
