As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities in our restaurant. Your role will involve motivating and developing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach, train, and engage your team, growing them to become their best selves.

Deliver on KPIs to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.

Perform weekly admin tasks to help maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.

Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.

Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values; smart, heart, courage.

Ad-hoc project work to help identify stretch goals that'll enable you to become your best self.
